Haseeb is the founder and CEO of Trivium Global, which he launched from his home in NJ. He has a distinguished career as an advisor and internal resource for bootstrapped entrepreneurs and large publicly traded firms across various industries.

Before starting Trivium, he freelanced for early-stage tech startups, gaining valuable insights. He currently oversees strategy and planning, guiding the company’s growth.

Haseeb believes that living a life of service is the most rewarding aspect of his role, as it brings out the best in him and positively impacts those around him.

With over two decades of experience, Sajjad’s career reflects his commitment to his values. He co-founded Trivium Global to serve these values further.

After working at Wall Street firms like S&P, Barclays, and Gramercy Capital, he ventured into entrepreneurship by co-founding Dinar Standard. He then spent 10 years with the Capitas Group companies before moving to AWJ Holding Company.

At Trivium Global, Sajjad supports management with vision and strategy, partnerships, marketing, and overall execution, ensuring the company’s objectives are met.

Younas is an Associate at Trivium Global, recognized for his financial and operational modeling skills. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Lahore University of Management Sciences.

With over three years of experience in financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis, Younas is a strategic-thinking corporate finance professional. He excels at both big-picture and detail-oriented thinking, producing insightful analyses that lead to actionable recommendations.

Outside of work, Younas enjoys learning new skills, reading good books, and spending time with family.

Mohaimin joined Trivium in June 2025 straight out of LUMS, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance. Before joining Trivium, he interned at Deloitte and Badri Management Consultancy, gaining hands-on experience in audit, assurance, and actuarial services. A financial modelling expert, he enjoys working across diverse industries and tackling complex problems.

Outside of work, he’s passionate about football and never misses a good match.

Mahin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, an ACCA certification, and a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Wollongong, Australia. She began her career as an Associate at S&P Global, where she gained valuable experience in financial analysis and market insights. She joined an AI-enabled cloud-based IT startup in Bahrain, where she managed finance and sales, collaborating with top-tier companies and executing impactful opportunities.

She is passionate about continuous learning and personal growth, and is dedicated to self-improvement and contributing positively to society. Mahin enjoys engaging in constructive discussions, practicing yoga, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

Nimra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of the Punjab. She began her career as an HR Specialist at Codectory, where she gained valuable experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development. She then joined the recruitment firm KAMAYI, where she managed recruitment processes for clients across Pakistan. Nimra also worked with AIESEC (a non-profit organization), where she contributed to both HR and Marketing relations for two years.

Nimra is passionate about spirituality, writing, and exploring new cultures through travel. She also values spending quality time with her family.

Usama, an Associate at Trivium Global, is known for his analytical, financial, and operational modeling skills. Before joining Trivium, he gained over four years of experience in finance at an international firm, working across various local and international industries.

He enjoys working remotely, valuing the distraction-free environment at home, which boosts his productivity.

Outside of work, Usama breaks the monotony by hitting the gym and playing football.

Ahmad is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounts and Finance at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and is simultaneously working towards his ACCA certification. His academic focus includes financial management, accounting practices, and strategic analysis.

In addition to his studies, Ahmad has a keen interest and has been involved in many community service activities.

Along with being a huge foodie, Ahmad’s hobbies include video games, fitness and football. He occasionally enjoys watching movies and TV shows as part of his leisure activities as well.
